​The Littleborough Canalside Cafe Community Project

The Littleborough Canalside Cafe will have space for Boot Sales as well as Craft Stalls, Hobby Stalls, Charities and Local Business Displays.



We will be having regular events on the site the Littleborough Canalside Cafe is renting as it is a LITTLEBOROUGH COMMUNITY PROJECT.

All profits the Cafe make with this site will be used solely for employing up to 4 employees and supporting other Littleborough Community Projects for example - The Littleborough Historical & Archaeological Society Ltd (Citation needed), The MoorEnd Trust to help fund restoration of Hare Hill House (Citation needed).

BOOT SALES

We will have one Sunday a month for BOOT SALES in which local people can sell their unwanted possessions and local Charities can have fund-raising stalls.

LOCAL HISTORY DISPLAYS

Local History events could be held on site when ever possible.

We will also be asking the Littleborough History Centre and The Coach House if they could supply some leaflets to be left out on a display board for walkers to read as they sit and have a cuppa and a sit down.

LOCAL BUSINESS DISPLAYS

We are hoping to encourage local businesses to have displays of what their business have to offer with a display of some sort. For example - The Ride Stuff Cycle Sales - Repairs - Accessories are considering having a display set up every so often to connect with Tow Path Cyclists that use the tow path every day.
